JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment. supplies, forms, disposai of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary contrains
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Perform data entry
- Supervise other workers
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Advise senior management
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee development of communication strategies
