We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. This is a work-from-home position that requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Enter and update data into company databases with a high level of accuracy
Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
Maintain and organize digital files and records
Perform basic data clean-up and quality checks
Follow data privacy and company information-handling procedures
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding data issues
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry experience is an asset but not required
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
