We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone, email, and live chat across Canada. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, process service requests, and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely from your home.
The ideal candidate is professional, patient, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and service standards.
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (phone, chat, and email)
Resolve customer questions related to products, services, billing, and account support
Provide accurate information and follow company policies and procedures
Document customer interactions in the CRM system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach
Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with remote team members and supervisors
High school diploma or equivalent (college/CEGEP/University is an asset)
Previous customer service experience (minimum 6–12 months preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; French is an asset)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
