We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Support Agent to provide real-time support to customers via live chat platforms. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, resolve technical and non-technical issues, and deliver prompt, professional assistance—all in an online environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues
Provide product and service information to customers
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Document interactions accurately in the support system
Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional tone at all times
Follow company guidelines and communication standards
Meet or exceed response time and customer satisfaction targets
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Strong written communication and typing skills
Basic computer and internet troubleshooting knowledge
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
Customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Prior experience in customer service or online support is a plus
