Location: Medicine Hat, AB (On-site)
Salary: $52.00 per hour
Schedule: 35 hours per week | Full-time | Permanent | Morning/Day Shifts

What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan, develop, and implement business strategies and development projects
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform strategic direction
Promote industrial and commercial investments in both urban and rural areas
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals
Provide consulting services to government and business organizations
Evaluate business development proposals and licensing requirements
Oversee marketing initiatives and develop promotional materials
Respond to inquiries from the business community regarding opportunities and partnerships
Supervise a team of 5–10 staff, including professionals, support staff, or students
Qualifications & Skills:
College or CEGEP diploma (1–2 years) in business, economics, marketing, or related field
1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and professionalism
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Work Location:
This is an in-person role based at our Medicine Hat office (T1A 3L7). There is no remote work option available.
