What You’ll Do:
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving growth through strategic planning and client management. This role involves:
Leading and coaching a sales team (5–10 people) to meet and exceed targets
Building and maintaining relationships with business clients
Negotiating and managing sales contracts
Defining and implementing sales strategies for new product lines
Establishing policies and procedures for effective sales practices
Planning and evaluating departmental performance
Recruiting, training, and organizing team members
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
What You Bring:
College/CEGEP diploma
1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication (oral and written)
Strong organizational and time management skills
A proactive, client-focused mindset
The ability to multitask and work collaboratively
Valid driver's licence
Able to pass a criminal record check
Work Setting:
This is a fully on-site position at our Edmonton office (T6E 5E8). Remote work is not available.
