Job Duties

• Cut, debone or trim meat and poultry into specific cuts according to customers’ orders;
• Prepare meat and poultry for special displays and delivery based on the requirements from customers.
• Shape, tie, wrap and package fresh, frozen, or prepared meats.
• Receive, inspect, and manage different kinds of meats inventory upon delivery, Keep track of inventory levels and reorder products when necessary.
• Monitor product line and freshness according to company and customer requirements. Ensure the proper temperature of refrigerators and freezers for storing different kind of meats;
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations, including but not limited to HACCP, CFIA, etc.

Education Requirement: Secondary School Graduation

Job Experience: 3 Year + food industry related (Preferrable); Will provide on job training
