Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to establish work priorities and ensure operational goals are met.
  • Organize, delegate, and monitor tasks to ensure efficient completion of work within deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operational logistics across all functional areas of the organization.
  • Plan, direct, and oversee workflow between departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
  • Review and approve operational and performance reports; provide management with regular updates and recommendations.
  • Ensure all computer systems, machinery, and related equipment are functioning efficiently; oversee scheduling of maintenance and repairs.
  • Identify and resolve work-related issues; provide technical guidance and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes; interview, hire, and onboard new staff members.
  • Supervise staff training and development initiatives to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support employee growth and accountability.
  • Assign and review work to maintain quality standards and adherence to organizational objectives.
  • Authorize and monitor requisitions for materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Oversee inventory organization, control, and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
