Job Resposibilities:
- Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, from cracked screens to internal faults
- Test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults
- Repair or replace defective and damaged telephones, wire and associated equipment.
- Replace faulty components like batteries, ports, and buttons
- Clean and maintain devices to prevent performance issues
- Perform advanced repairs including microsoldering
- Test devices post-repair to confirm full functionality
- Communicate clearly with customers, explain issues, and provide estimates
- Manage inventory: track parts, organize stock, and reorder supplies
- Stay current with mobile tech trends and repair techniques
- Inspect parts for quality and maintain inspection logs
