•Develop and create engineering designs and detailed drawings from initial concepts, sketches, engineering calculations,specification sheets, and related data.
•Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create digital representations of the physical and functional aspects of buildings and other engineering projects.
•Operate Computer-Assisted Design (CAD) software and drafting workstations to produce accurate designs.
•Compile comprehensive documentation packages and prepare complete drawing sets.
•Review and validate design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and design standards.
•Draft and prepare contracts and tender documents for construction and engineering projects. Write detailed report.
•Develop construction specifications and provide cost and material estimates.
