Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates and other staff members and assign duties to sales workers.
- Prepare sales reports, staff performance reviews, and other documentation as required by store management.
- Manage merchandise sales and generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staffing activities
- Oversee and contribute to daily sales activities, ensuring that the store meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Resolve problems such as customer complaints offering solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the store is adequately stocked.
- Recruit and onboard staff, and coordinate or provide necessary training programs
- Handle daily cash management tasks such as balancing tills, processing payments, and reconciling sales.
- Establish work schedules and resolve work conflicts.
- Maintain the store’s visual appeal by overseeing displays, signage, and cleanliness.
