Tasks
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job advertisements, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and issuing employment offers for security personnel.
- Administer and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and company standards.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR systems including scheduling, licensing, certifications, and performance evaluations.
- Manage employee relations by handling complaints, facilitating staff consultations, and assisting with grievance procedures where applicable.
- Support payroll coordination by verifying attendance data, processing time-off records, and assisting with wage updates.
- Collaborate with management teams to ensure workforce needs are met in accordance with service contracts and operational demands.
- Organize and track employee performance review cycles, training certifications, and professional development initiatives.
- Advise supervisors and staff on human resources policies, benefits programs, employee conduct, and procedural interpretations.
- Assist with compliance-related activities including employment equity, health & safety practices, and security licensing requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports related to hiring, terminations, absences, and compliance audits as requested by management or regulators.
