Tasks and Responsibilities
- Review and provide recommendations on organizational processes and managerial methods to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control standards for pricing and related operations.
- Conduct research to evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and programs.
- Identify and propose enhancements to pricing systems, business procedures, and operational workflows.
- Assist in reorganizing operations to align with strategic objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and expenditure planning.
- Manage knowledge and ensure accurate communication across departments.
- Provide customer service support relating to pricing and packaging solutions.
- Guide and supervise a small team (1–2 staff) in carrying out service quality assessment initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma required
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in same or relevant role
- Experience with cost estimation/price analysis in a similar manufacturing environment is an asset
- Language of work: English
- Computer/Technology skills: Proficiency with MS Excel and data analysis software
- Corrugated packaging manufacturing environment
- Fast-paced workplace with tight deadlines
