Main Duties
- Prepare and cook complete meals, specializing in breakfast and brunch items such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, omelets, sandwiches.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards to maintain consistency and quality.
- Plan and coordinate food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Supervise and train kitchen helpers and assist other kitchen staff as required.
- Maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment; notify the manager of shortages.
- Ensure kitchen operations comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Adapt menu items for customers with dietary restrictions or special requests.
