Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Manage staff, prepare schedules and assign duties.
- Analyze market trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of
- competitor’s operations on sales.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold,
- Implement price and credit policies.
- Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale.
- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to expand target market and enhance profitability.
- Develop and maintain store budget, authorize expenditures and monitor revenues.
- Handle customer complaints and work to resolve them.
- Responsible for the staffing of the store, including recruitment and training.
