Job Requirements

Languages:

  • English

Education:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:

  • 2 years in inventory control management and/or warehouse supervision, preferably in automotive retail, used car sales, or related dealership environment.

Employment Conditions

  • Day, Morning shifts

  • Full-time, On-site at used car dealership

  • Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available for this position.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff handling vehicle and parts inventory in a small-sized used car dealership.

  • Establish work schedules and procedures for vehicle intake, inspection, detailing, and preparation for sale.

  • Coordinate inventory activities with sales and financing departments.

  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

  • Requisition vehicle accessories, equipment, and supplies as needed.

  • Monitor vehicle inventory, VIN tracking, and related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle acquisitions, transfers, and sales audits.

  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Resolve work-related issues and recommend process improvements.

  • Operate dealership inventory management software and prepare required reports.

  • Provide hands-on support during busy periods while maintaining a supervisory role.

  • Coordinate basic maintenance of dealership facilities and equipment.
