Wage: $36.60 per hour

Job Duties:
- Oversee painting projects and ensure work is completed on time and up to company standards.
- Lead and supervise a team of painters, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Organize daily schedules and coordinate activities to keep projects on track.
- Provide training and guidance to new or existing workers.
- Ensure health and safety rules are followed at all worksites.
- Recommend staffing decisions such as hiring, promotions, or performance improvements.
- Order and manage materials, tools, and supplies for ongoing projects.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces when required.
- Mix and prepare paints to achieve desired colors and textures.
Skills Requirements:
- No formal education required
- 2 to less than 3 years of related experience required
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
Work Conditions and Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Shifts may include early morning, morning, and daytime hours
