Permanent Position: We require 1 Construction Supervisor for our company.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Wage Rate: $38.00 Hourly (30-32 Hours per week)
Over Time Wage: $57.00 per hour after 40 hours of work per week
Number of Vacancies: 1
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: Various Locations over lower mainland and Fraser Valley
Languages: Basic Knowledge of English is required.
Requirements:
• Completion of High School
• 2-3 years of work experience in the trade
Job Duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers
• Monitor work progress for each job site
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other
subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• supply and maintain material supplies on job sites
• Arrange training in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Prepare work progress reports
