 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. 

Responsibilities

Tasks 

  • Coordinate daily office operations and assist in implementing improved administrative procedures.
  • Set work priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure tax deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and organize client records in accordance with internal policies.
  • Oversee the secure handling and release of confidential financial information.
  • Plan and manage office logistics including equipment maintenance, supplies, and service contracts.
  • Support budgeting, project planning, and administrative reporting processes.
  • Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and monitor office expenditures.
  • Compile data and prepare regular reports, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Draft and maintain office manuals, procedures, and communication materials.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff involved in records and file management.
