Marquee hotels, Richmond Inc DBA Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Riverport is looking for a full time Hotel Front office Manager (NOC 60031) to be a part of their team at the earliest.

Job duties

• Plan, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment.
• Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Stimulate the team for upselling.
• Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Assist with recruitment, training and supervise front desks, shuttle drivers, night auditors and oversee work schedules.
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions.
• Resolve customer complaints, attend all guest reviews and take appropriate action.
• Daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.

Requirements:

- A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline is required.
- 2 to 3 years of managerial experience in the related field is required.
