- Allocate specific responsibilities to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations and customer service.
- Recruit new employees and oversee their training or organize training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the store.
- Systematically manage the inventory to keep the store well-stocked and ensure products are easily accessible.
- Oversee the selection and ordering of store products based on sales data and inventory needs.
- Address and solve various operational problems, from customer service issues to inventory challenges, to maintain smooth store functioning.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing sales trends, merchandising effectiveness, and staffing issues to guide strategic decisions.
