Job Duties:
Supervise the working of delivery drivers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare and maintain delivery schedules and routes.
Resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery andlogistics.
Ensure that the delivery drivers are adhering to all safety and regulatory protocols.
Assign duties to the delivery drivers and ensure that schedules are met.
Train and assist new delivery drivers.
Provide assistance to the delivery drivers in case of enroute breakdown.
Maintain contact with delivery drivers.
Prepare work report of delivery drivers and report to management for performance review.
Job Requirements:
Completion of high school is preferred.
Any experience in trucking field would count as an asset but not mandatory.
