Job Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, and control daily operations of the truck and trailer repair shop to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
- Manage, schedule, and evaluate the work of mechanics, and support staff to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Oversee repair and maintenance activities for trucks and trailers to ensure work meets industry regulations and quality requirements.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, including ordering materials and controlling costs.
- Prepare work schedules, monitor labour hours, and ensure adequate staffing levels for shop operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, service estimates, and resolve operational or service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
