Jasmine Beauty Bar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hairdressing Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional client service. This role is ideal for an organized, motivated professional with strong communication and leadership skills.

College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
1 to less than 2 years of related experience
Direct, control, and oversee daily salon operations
Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day activities
Develop and implement staff policies and procedures
Manage budgeting, inventory, and supply control
Handle advertising, promotions, and marketing contracts
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints
Fast-paced environment
Requires attention to detail
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
