We are seeking a caring, responsible, and experienced Home Child Care Provider to support our family in Mississauga, Ontario. The provider will care for children in a nurturing, safe, and structured environment while assisting with daily routines, learning activities, hygiene, and light housekeeping. This is a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible.
Supervise and care for children in the employer’s home
Provide emotional support and ensure the well-being of children
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Bathe, dress, feed children; change diapers and sterilize bottles
Plan and organize age-appropriate activities (reading, games, crafts, early learning)
Assist with personal hygiene and social development
Maintain a clean and safe home environment
Take children to and from school, appointments, and activities
Keep daily records of routines, behaviour, and health information
Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, tidying play areas
Travel with family on trips as required
Follow parents’ instructions on discipline, routines, diet, and schedules
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Ability to communicate in English (Urdu/Punjabi an asset)
Criminal record check and basic security clearance required
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Work must be performed on-site (no remote option)
