JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Manage daily motel operations including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and basic maintenance activities.
- Assign work tasks, prepare staff schedules, and monitor job performance to maintain Travelodge service and cleanliness standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism.
- Address guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure quality, safety, and brand compliance.
- Maintain daily operational records including occupancy reports, incident logs, and staffing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, fire code rules, and Travelodge operational standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout all motel areas.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain hotel amenities and services.
- Prepare reports and analyze hotel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Criteria
Education: College
Work Experience: 7 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position/field is required.
Specific Skills: Accurate, Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Organized, Team player
Language: English
Salary: CAD$ 37.00/hour. Full-time permanent position
