We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Trades Helper to join our growing team in Surrey, BC. This role involves a variety of helper jobs and tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments.

Construction Trades Helper

Wage rate: $24.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Education: Not required
Experience: Already working in or worked in Construction sites is added advantage, else we will provide training.
Language: Basic Knowledge of English.
Job Duties:
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas.
• Clean and prepare surfaces.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites.
• Mix, pour and spread materials.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions. Able to work with others as a team.
Transportation : Company provides transportation from site to site, will provide Company Car/Van/Pick up. Must have BC Drivers License and Clean driving Records
