Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Main Duties
- Supervise and coordinate farm workers in seeding, growing, harvesting and packing microgreens
- Plan daily and weekly work schedules and assign tasks to staff
- Train new workers in farm procedures, food safety and workplace safety
- Monitor crop growth, irrigation, lighting and climate conditions in the growing rooms
- Maintain organic certification and PrimusGFS food-safety records
- Check harvested product for quality and prepare orders for delivery
- Track inventory of seeds, growing media and packaging, and report needs to management
- Make sure equipment is cleaned, maintained and used safely
- Help the Director with production planning and other farm management tasks
