Term of Employment: Full-Time Permanent Position (No of position- 1) (37- 40 Hrs/Week)

Job Duties:
- Oversees the overall operations of the restaurants and supervises the activities of food service staff to ensure that they provide customers with a spectacular dining experience.
- Establishes type of services to be offered and implements operational procedures
- Assist Manager in recruiting staff and overseeing staff training
- Lay down staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Periodically have a one-on-one meeting with service staff to discuss performance and provide them with feedback.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Coordinate with suppliers for supply of food items and other supplies
Job Requirements:
- Completion of College or program in hospitality or food and beverage service management would be an asset.
- 1+ years of experience in the field would be preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work for long hours, on weekends and on holidays.
- Good at Multitasking skills
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
