Falcon Xpress Transportation Group Inc. located at 6086 Mayfield Rd., Caledon ON L7C 0Z7 is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Truck Driver Supervisor. JOB DUTIES:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of truck drivers, including assigning routes and schedules.
- Conducting driver briefings and debriefings to ensure drivers have all necessary information for their trips.
- Monitoring driver performance, including on-time deliveries, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensuring that drivers comply with all safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Training staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Establish daily schedules and reviewing of all routes assigned by dispatch.
- Actively resolve any job-related issues & recommend methods to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit driver efficiency report, on time tracking report and other work reports.
- Coordinate work activities with dispatch, safety, mechanics & other departments.
PERSONAL SUITABILITY
- Ability to multitask, organized & team player.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 6-months or more
- Education: High School
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Wages: $37/hour
- 35 - 45 hours per week
