CONSTRUCTION HELPER

 

Permanent Position: Construction Helper.

Company: S&S Drywall & Rubbish Removal Ltd.

No. of Vacancies: 2

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening, Shift.

Wage Rate:  $23 per hr for 40 Hours per week.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Business Location: #18, 12677 63 Avenue Surrey BC V3X 3T3

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma.

Experience: No experience. Will train.

Languages: Basic Knowledge of English.

Main Duties:

• Load and unload construction material and move material to work site.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders etc. required at construction site.
• Mix, pour and spread materials,
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
• Assist in construction activities.
• Level surface to fine grade specifications.
• Assist in demolishing wooden structures using prying bars and other tools.
• Remove rubble and other debris at work sites.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as direct.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Weight handling capability up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
