Duties:
Oversee, organize, and manage the tasks of food preparation, portioning, and service staff.
Forecast the need for ingredients and supplies, placing accurate orders to meet our kitchen's demands.
Play a pivotal role in expanding our team by recruiting and onboarding new food service staffs
Act as the primary contact for guest feedback, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
Keep meticulous documentation regarding inventory, maintenance activities, sales figures, and wastage, aiding in operational efficiency.
Oversee the preparation and distribution processes of meal trays, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness.
Design and implement effective work schedules, optimizing staff productivity and service quality.
Collaborate in menu planning for the restaurant and calculate associated food and labor expenses
Develop, implement and analyze budgets and make sureall the policies and procedure are followed as per the company’s standards and operational procedures.
Ensure food service and quality control; and follow all health and safety regulations.
What You Bring to the Table:
A minimum of 3 years in a management role within the food service industry.
Experience within a high pace environment focused on delivering high quality food and service
Experience overseeing a team of 5-10
A current Food Safety Certificate
Stellar English abilities and a customer-centric approach, ensuring a memorable experience.
