Duties and responsibilities:

1. Devise and execute piano lessons that suit each student's unique requirements and proficiency levels.
2. Instruct students in fundamental music theory, technique, and sight-reading.
3. Ready students for recitals, auditions, and exams.
4. Offer consistent, constructive feedback to students and parents concerning accomplishments and areas needing improvement.
5. Cultivate an encouraging and optimistic atmosphere conducive to nurturing a passion for music and a dedication to ongoing education.
6. Handle any behavioural or academic challenges with diplomacy and professionalism.
