2593680 ONTARIO Inc., is operating a busy restaurant in the name of “Frashii”, which is one of the famous Canadian restaurant brands having thousands of clients coming to purchase different combination of burritos, wraps, soups, salads, and frozen yogurt with different toppings, dressings, etc., and have been operate seven days a week for long hours.

We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced candidate who can work in weekdays and weekends (full time – 5 days and 40 hours per week) as a Manager to manage our business activities including kitchen, cooking, food quality, staff, inventory, deliveries, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.

 

Candidate will be responsible for managing the following:

  • Manage and co-ordinate activities to staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Ensure food services and quality control. Supervise the sanitation and safety in restaurant.
  • Control inventory, monitor revenues and design as well as oversee procedures.
  • Research and approve and implement recipes and prices for every dish.
  • Estimate and order the food ingredients required in the restaurant.
  • Establish work schedules.
  • Manage the staff in preparing orders.
  • Review weekly paperwork and manage the delivery orders.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Communicate changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
  • Review accounts and coordinate with accountant for taxation.

Education required:   Post Secondary Degree or Diploma studies.

Experience required: Minimum One-year in Supervising Restaurant business.

Salary:                             $27.00 per hour
