Job Title: Harvesting Labourer 

Terms of Employment: 30-40 hours per week, Full-time/Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $16.95 - $18.95 per hour (Depending on Experience)

No of Positions: 10

Job Duties:

• Perform tasks such as hand harvesting, picking, sorting, packaging & weighing mushrooms.
• Loading/ unloading farm produce and supplies for transport.
• Cleaning and preparing mushroom beds and working areas.
• Sanitizing picking tools and working areas.
• Clean up racks, trays, bins, buckets and general clean-up of growing, producing, and packaging areas.

 

 

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

 

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: No formal experience required; successful candidates will be trained in job duties.

Language: No formal language requirement.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced Environment, Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Handling heavy loads.
