Salary: $55.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and hands on leadership to a team of engineers and testers engaged in repair and development.
- Explore and implement new technologies and solutions
- recruiting new hires, identifying skills gaps, and providing growth opportunities for engineering managers
- Provide hands on technical and functional expertise, coaching and mentorship to improve skills across the engineering team and empower the team to be bold and fast.
- Ensure that all the mechanics and engineers working in the shop have sufficient required knowledge and skills to solve the technical problems.
- Monitors all complaints and problems and ensure timely resolution for all
- Build, develop, and manages the engineering team capable of carrying out initiatives.
- Recommending technological developments and improvements inefficiency.
- Maintain and optimize budgets to meet goals.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar degree is required
- 5 years of experience or more in similar industry is essential.
- Experience in recruiting engineers and contributors.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management.
