Job Description:
- Schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Prepare food order summaries according to requests from customers
- Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation after estimations
- Make work schedules and procedures
- To make sure that quality control standards are met for food and service
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
- Keep and maintain records of stock, sales, repairs and wastage
- Train staff in regular sanitation, safety procedure along with job duties
- May contribute in planning menus and determine related food and labor costs
Employment Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
1 - 2 years of related experience required
