Responsibilities
Tasks
Manage and maintain company administrative operations and office systems
Review, assess, and implement new administrative procedures
Organize office operations and services, including overseeing payroll, managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and reviewing supply requisitions
Support senior management in coordinating and implementing continuous improvement projects
Update and organize company documents, forms, and templates
Oversee the management of quotes, purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and payments
Set work priorities, ensure adherence to procedures, and meet deadlines
Schedule and assign tasks to office support staff, monitoring completion
Develop and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, evaluate outcomes against standards, make necessary adjustments
Inform management by compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Maintain office staff by training, directing, and disciplining employees
Assist in preparing the operating budget, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
Oversee and coordinate comprehensive office administrative procedures.
