Thai Ivory Cuisine serves an extensive menu of traditional and fusion thai-asian-american dishes. Thai Ivory Cuisine started in Bedford Nova Scotia and has grown to several locations across HRM and Nova Scotia.

 

Education Background: College diploma or above

Language: English

Salary: $26.5 per hour, work 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year

Annual Income: $55,120

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee and coordinate restaurant procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Conduct analyses and oversee operations related to budgeting, contracting and planning and management processes
  • Coordinate and plan for restaurant services, such as equipment, supplies and maintenance
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the restaurant.
  • Implement and uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Five (3) years proven work experience in a Food & Beverage or related industry;
  • A high degree of flexibility coupled with an ability to deal with high pressure in a fast-paced working environment;
  • Responsible and detailed oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills preferred;
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills;
