- Examine and verify accuracy of accounting work (routine payments, payable/receivable, credits and other transactions);
- Review ad verify financial documents and forms
- Assemble data and prepare quarterly and annual accounting reports
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit accounting/financial report;
- Review company budget reports and prepare annual budgets;
- Assist in day to day bookkeeping/accounting functions;
- Participate in company tax audit and payroll;
- Establish accounting policies and procedure, aligned with company’s targets;
- Coordinate with third party financial relationships, including debt and equity sources, banks, accounting and tax firms
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and construction project planning and management process;
- Requisition supplies and materials;
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activates with other departments
Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Working knowledge of accounting, financial controlling and financial management
- Minimum 3 years finance/accounting related experience
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Experience in a senior clerical or executive position related to office administration is preferred
- Experience in supervising skills and team management skills is preferred
- Experience in working with Government Agent or Financial Institution
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment
- Well-developed organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
