Looking for a Rubber Liner to join our team to help assist the Rubber Liner Supervisor with quality control and overseeing work being done.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Investigate items for deficiencies and complete surface prep report
Measure and cut rubber to size per Inspection Test Plan
Perform pre-cure inspection pre–Inspection Test Plan
Apply primer, intermediate coat and tack cement
Perform the share A hardness test
Review all quality control documents required for project
Instruct and train in methods and procedures
Qualifications:
5 plus years of applied experience in rubber lining
High school diploma
Fully trained on using an autoclave
Fully trained on using tank rollers
Experience with an electric table and a glycol table
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills
NACE certification
Salary: we offer a range between $25.00-40.00 per hour based on qualifications for 40 hours per week
Bonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employers’ discretion.
