Retail Store Supervisor

 

 CALISTA Holdings Ltd. dba Copper Ridge Bigway Foods located at 85 Wilson Dr, Whitehorse, YT Y1A 0C9 hiring 1 Retail Store Supervisor.

The candidate must be available to work during our store timings are 8.00 am to 10:00 pm (Monday to Sunday)

Salary: $26.00 / hour

Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Job requirements:

Languages: English

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is required.

Specific Skills:

• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as per company Standards
• Maintain Compliance of store as per store standard.
• Train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
