We are currently seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

 

Position Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

 

Terms of Employment: Permanent & Full-time (minimum 30 hours per week)

 

Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (may depend on qualification). Overtime wage of $28.50 - $31.50 per hour if hours exceed 40 per week

Job Duties:

  • Aid in the smooth functioning of daily operations while supervising staff activities.
  • Create work schedules and establish clear work procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of inventories, repairs, sales, and wastage for effective management.
  • Ensure a consistent supply of ingredients and essential supplies for uninterrupted operations.
  • Provide training on roles, including safety procedures, for new staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee that the food counter, equipment, and food and drink items meet stringent quality control standards.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer complaints to maintain exceptional service standards.

 

Qualifications: High School graduation, plus one or more years of related experience in food service or completion of a college program in related fields.
