customer service and managing daily operations.

Duties and responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Job requirements:
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: At least 2 years
Personal Suitability: Organized, Team player, Ability to Supervise Staff in various areas of responsibility
Languages: English
Additional Skills:
Conduct performance reviews
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
