Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Duties :
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Hire and train kitchen staff and counter on the middle eastern cuisine
- Monitor staff performance and terminate for cause
- Ensure maintenance and safety of all kitchen and food production equipment
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory at levels which avoid shortage and waste
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
- You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist staff in preparation of shawarma skewers
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the fast-food restaurant management
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Excellent oral communication, Reliability, Organized, Dependability, Team player
- Able to lift heavy loads up to 70lbs
- Able to communicate in English

Wage: $24.50/Hourly 40 hours weekly

Work Experience: 5 years + Middle Eastern fast food Restaurant, expertise in the Middle Eastern Cuisine, Mastery of Shawarma preparations, stacking, cooking and carving
