Starline Foods Inc, a blueberry farm located at 33786 Clayburn Road, Abbotsford, BC- V2S 7T7 is currently looking for 30 full-time General Farm Workers (NOC: 8431) for six months duration during season.
Wage rate: $14.60/hr (40Hrs/week).
Skills Requirement: Education: None Experience: None. We will train.

Job Responsibilities:
· Field work, Soil Preparation, plowing, pruning, planting, weeding, cultivating, harvesting, washing, sorting, packing of the field crops.
· Examining produce for quality and prepare for market,
· Loading produce into trucks etc. · To monitor irrigation & the soil moisture as per crop requirements.
· Using fertilizers, detecting disease and other problems in crops,
· Protecting crops from weeds & pests by taking appropriate actions like spraying Pesticides etc. Farm workers also helps in Operating & maintaining farm machinery & equipment.
· Informing farmers or farm manager of crop progress. Work Site Environment: Year-round work, Outdoors, wet/damp/rain, odors, hot/cold. Essential Requirements:
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. of weight and work in sun, rain, heat, cold, weekends if required.
· Basic farm knowledge, familiarity with farm equipment and machinery will be an asset.
Other Information: The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
