Mild Chili Indian Cuisine Ltd is located in Prince George, BC. We are looking to hire two full time, permanent Cooks to join our team.
Vacancy: 2 Positions, Full time - Permanent
Position: Cook (Noc: 6322)
Salary: $16.00/Hourly for 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
- The candidate will be Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods especially dishes for daily guests, parties and functions.
- Ensuring that the food prep area is always cleaned and sanitized every day.
- Scheduling, supervising kitchen helpers and overseeing kitchen operations.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Sometimes clean kitchen and work area.
- Planning menus, determining size of food portions, estimating food requirements and costs, and monitoring and ordering supplies.
- The candidate will be hiring and training kitchen staff.

- Completion of secondary school is required
