Restaurant Manager

 

We are hiring a Restrurant Manager at our Time Horton's Athabasca Location (2397774 Alberta Ltd.)

         Wage Range: $25.64-$26.64 an hour plus benefits.

         Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

         or equivalent experience.

        Experince: 2 years to less than 3 years.

        Language requirements: English

        Full time permanet positions available.

       Resturant Manager Tasks:

• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Train staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
