We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and reliable Nanny to provide dedicated care for our 2‑year‑old child. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood care, a nurturing personality, and the ability to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment that supports healthy development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide full‑time care for a 2‑year‑old child, including feeding, bath time, naps, and daily routines
– Plan and implement age-appropriate learning and engagement activities.
– Assist with light household tasks, such as baby laundry, tidying play areas, and meal/snack preparation.
– Take the child on walks and outdoor activities to support development.
– Provide night-time assistance, ensuring comfort and care as needed only
– Maintain clear communication with parents regarding the child’s daily routine and needs.
– Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child
– Take the child on walks, outdoor play, and community activities to support physical and social development when the weather permits
– Communicate clearly with parents regarding daily routines, progress, and any concerns
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of childcare experience, preferably with infants or toddlers
– Ability to prepare nutritious meals/snacks for the child.
– Knowledge of early childhood development and age‑appropriate activities
– Patience, attentiveness, and excellent communication skills.
– CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
– Previous experience as a Nanny, Childcare Provider, or similar role is an asset.
