Job Details
- Job Title: Cook (NOC 63200)
- Location: Moose Jaw, SK (On-site; work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.)
- Wage: $34.70 / hour
- Overtime wage, holidays and sick leave in compliance with Saskatchewan Labour Laws
- Hours: Full-time, minimum of 30 hours per week
- Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full-time (36 months / 3 years). Note: The ultimate intention is to offer a permanent, full-time position to the successful candidate.

Requirements
- Languages: English
- Asset Languages: Vietnamese
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in commercial cooking, specializing in Vietnamese cuisine.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods (Vietnamese cuisine)
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Determine the size of food portions and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and order supplies and equipment
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
